Shipping Information

Items purchased for delivery within the continental United States will ship within 5 to 7 business days after order is placed through USPS.

Not Delivered or Lost: Orders will be shipped to the address that was inputted as the delivery address. Orders are deemed delivered once marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package is marked “Delivered” and cannot be located, then please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, then please contact the shipping service personally. Because each piece of art created by Rachel Maucieri is unique, items that were shipped and delivered to the address requested by the purchaser will not be replaced for free. In some instances, partial refunds may be issued. Please contact Rachel Maucieri for more information.

These paintings are original, one of a kind pieces of art; therefore there are no returns or exchanges available. All sales are final.
